FlowTranscript

Privacy Policy

How FlowTranscript handles information when you use the transcript tool.

Information we process

FlowTranscript is designed to work without requiring an account. When you submit a YouTube URL, the URL and technical request information may be processed so the service can attempt to retrieve the available transcript.

Standard web-server logs may record information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and error information for security, diagnostics, and reliability.

How information is used

Information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve FlowTranscript. We do not need to sell personal information to provide the core transcript tool.

Third-party services

FlowTranscript may rely on hosting, network, analytics, or other infrastructure providers. YouTube is a third-party service, and your use of YouTube remains subject to YouTube’s own terms and policies.

Cookies and analytics

The current version does not require an account cookie to use the transcript tool. If analytics or additional cookies are introduced later, this policy should be updated before they are enabled.

Data retention

Technical logs may be retained for a limited period as needed for security, debugging, and service operations.
